Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StillMine (the "Service"), operated by ClawLabs Network LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
What a claim is — and is not
A StillMine claim is independent, verifiable evidence of priority: proof that a specific file existed and was claimed by you at a specific time. It is NOT a legal copyright registration, and nothing on this site is legal advice. For formal copyright registration, consult the copyright office in your jurisdiction.
You may only claim what is yours
You may only register claims for photos you own or have the rights to. Registering a claim for content you do not own is a violation of these Terms, and false or fraudulent claims may be removed from the registry without notice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of every claim you submit.
No guarantee of undefeatability
With enough effort, any single protection layer — watermarks, hashes, or timestamps — can be attacked. We layer protections precisely because nothing is 100% effective. We make no guarantee that watermarks, fingerprints, or blockchain timestamps cannot be defeated, bypassed, or forged.
Payments and billing
When you purchase a subscription or Claim Pack, payment is processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/legal/ssa) and Stripe Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We set product pricing; Stripe handles all card processing and security. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription plans auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
Subscription and refund policy
Monthly and annual subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual) renew automatically until you cancel. Founders Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Claim Packs are one-time purchases of 50 credits that do not expire. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, contact us at contact@stillmine.app within 14 days and we will review your request. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Bitcoin anchoring
Timestamps are anchored via OpenTimestamps calendar servers to the public Bitcoin blockchain. Confirmation timing depends on third-party infrastructure we do not control. Once a hash is anchored to the blockchain, it is permanent and cannot be removed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (1) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (2) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security; (3) register claims for content you do not own; (4) scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission; (5) use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Service provided as-is
StillMine is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawLabs Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
